Tonight the 3A and 4A state championship basketball games will be played. Sioux City Bishop Heelan who beat Norwalk in the championship game last year will face Pella. Pella beat Mount Pleasant in the semifinals while Heelan beat Assumption by one on a last second shot . In the 4A title game, forget ranking in the state, Ames is ranked fourth nationally and have one of the highest recruited players in the nation in Harrison Barnes who is going to North Carolina to play for the Tar Heels next year. Ames will be playing Southeast Polk, who beat Linn-Mar in the semifinals yesterday.
