Staff at the Appliance Barn in Kalona says the short lived rebate program for energy efficient appliances brought them a spike in sales. The store’s Landon Beechy beleives it will continue through the rest of the month. Consumers who qualified for the rebate have 30 days to take advantage of the vouchers they reserved. Beechy says he thinks the program was a success, but could have been organized a little better
