An arraignment for a Marengo woman charged with attempted murder has been continued.

Court records show 38-year-old Jamie Lynn Flack aided and abetted 27-year-old Johnathan James Ray Walker of What Cheer in the March 3rd stabbing of Joseph Bernardo. Records show Flack provided her boyfriend Walker with the knife that was used to stab Bernardo 16 times, and she unlocked the trunk to a vehicle to obtain and provide a baseball bat for Walker that was used to strike Bernardo in the head and fractured bones in his left arm and hand. An arraignment was scheduled Friday for Flack, but has now been rescheduled for August 17th at 8:45 a.m. at the Keokuk County Courthouse. Walker was sentenced to five years in prison for a conviction of willful injury causing bodily injury, as part of an Alford Plea.
