A celebration of life services 98-year-old Bessie M. Capper, of Williamsburg, formerly of Wellman, will be held Sunday, (4/19) at 1:30 PM at Asbury United Methodist Church in Wellman. Burial will follow at Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Joetown. Visitation will be held Saturday (4/18) from 4 – 8 PM at the Peterseim Funeral Home in Kalona. A memorial fund has been established for Asbury United Methodist Church.
