The Washington County Sheriff’s Office arrested Charles William Lincoln and Hali Marie Bagley of Cedar Rapids for third-degree theft and third-degree burglary, a Class D felony. After responding to a burglary report at a Riverside residence, the Washington County Sheriff’s Department managed to obtain a photo of Lincoln leaving the home.

During a routine patrol at the Riverside Casino and Golf Course, a silver truck was seen in the parking lot with several items from a residence inside the truck. After observing the items and corroborating images with Casino security, a deputy approached Lincoln. He confirmed that it was him in the photo and that Bagley was also involved in the break-in. At the time of the arrest, Bagley was on pretrial release for third-degree theft.

Both subjects were transported to the Washington County Jail and have been issued a $7,000 cash-only bond, with their initial hearing set for September 2nd at 11:00 am at the Washington County Courthouse. KCII will bring you more information as it becomes official.
