The Washington City Council has begun their work on the annual budget.  This week is a work-session to further examine the numbers. Last week, the council heard a presentation from City Administrator Brent Hinson with an overview of each department.  This week, they plan to get more details about particular projects and issues that will be faced in the next fiscal year, which starts in July. Their meeting is Wednesday evening at 6 at the Washington Public Library.
