The Ainsworth Community Center and Opera House is holding their annual feed sack display this weekend starting tomorrow.  Michael Zahs with the Ainsworth Opera House says quilts, old feed sacks, aprons, some clothes, and curtains will be some of the items on display.  He notes they have the largest display in the nation.

Zahs says most of the material was made of cotton and was a sturdy material.  He adds that every bit of fabric in a house could have been part of a feed sack in the 1930s and 1940s.

Zahs says they will also be having a buffet meal both evenings with the proceeds going toward the Opera House.  The Community Feed Sack Display runs from 10:00 to 8:00 both tomorrow and Saturday.
