A certificate of cost allocation plan was approved by the Washington County Supervisors at their board meeting this week. Supervisor Chairman Jack Seward explained it is for Fiscal Year 2014 in regard to Department of Human Services programs for residents of Washington County. This allows the county to recover some of the costs for the services. It costs $4,000 for the county to claim the costs, which are estimated at nearly $44,200.
