Memorial mass for 65-year-old Dean Bowers of Vacaville, California, will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, February 16, 2016, at St. Mary Catholic Church in Sigourney. Burial will be at St. Mary’s Cemetery in Sigourney.
