A celebration of life service for 83 year old Dwain L. Tschantz of Washington will be held Friday at 10:00 at the United Methodist Church in Washington.  Burial will be in the North Hill Cemetery in rural Wayland.  Visitation will be from noon to 7:00 Thursday at the Beatty Funeral Home in Washington where the family will greet friends from 5:00 to 7:00 pm.  A memorial fund has been established for the Good Samaritan Fund at the Halcyon House and the Washington United Methodist Church music fund.
