Washington County Extension and 4-H with Lincoln Elementary are offering the after-school camp A Long Way Down – Designing Parachutes for students interested in engineering. Amy Green, 4-H coordinator, explains that the camp includes experiments with parachutes, aerospace engineering and astronomy.
The camp will be held February 18th through the 21st from 3:30 to 5 p.m. Registration forms can be picked up at Lincoln Elementary or the Washington County Extension Office and there is a $10 fee.
