Funeral services for 71 year old Harold L. “Butch” Kerr of Washington will be held at 10:00 Thursday at the Jones-Eden Funeral Home.  Burial with military honors will be in the Elm Grove Cemetery.  Visitation will be held from 12:00 to 8:00 Wednesday at the Jones-Eden Funeral Home where family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00.  A memorial service will be held at the Halcyon House Day Lounge at 3:30 on Thursday.  A memorial has been established to the American Cancer Society or the Halcyon House Good Samaritan Fund.
