Funeral services for 97 year-old Harold “Bus” Seitsinger of Wellman are at 11am on Saturday, October 26th at the Kinross Christian Church in Kinross. Burial will be in the Brethren Cemetery in South English. Visitation will be from 4-8pm Friday, October 25th at the Powell Funeral Home in Wellman with a Masonic Service at 7:30pm. A memorial fund has been established for the Kinross Christian Church and Washington County Hospice. Powell Funeral Home in Wellman is handling arrangements.
