Early Childhood Iowa is a statewide initiative that provides local funding for programs to benefit all families with children 0 to 5 years old. The newly formed Henry/Washington ECA Board consists of a selection of current members from each single county board plus additional new members. The Board is meeting today in Washington. Director Tasha Beghtol says the board will hear updates from RenElla Crawford about the Positive Behavior Supports curriculum, and from Karen Arbuckle about the Parents as Teachers program. The Henry/Washington ECA Board meeting is today in the Federation Bank 5th floor conference room.
