Funeral services for 97 year old Ivy C. Neff of Washington will be held at 11:00 am Monday at the Jones-Eden Funeral Home.  Burial will take place at the Cottonwood Cemetery in Wayland.  Visitation will be held from 10:00 to 11:00 Monday at the Jones-Eden Funeral Home.  Family visitation will be held from 10:00 to 11:00 on Monday.  A memorial has been established to the United Presbyterian Home.
