A memorial service for 59-year-old Jeffrey L. DeLong of Cheyenne, Wyoming, formerly of West Chester, will be held at 2p.m. on Friday, August 9 at Powell Funeral Home in Keota. Burial will be at Keota Cemetery. Visitation will be from 1 until service time at the funeral home.  A general memorial fund has been established.
