Funeral services for 85 year old Joseph Nowell  Sr. of Wellman will be held 10:30 a.m. Thursday at the Powell Funeral Home in Wellman.  Burial will be in the Wellman Cemetery.  Visitation will be held from 9:30 a.m. until service time on Thursday.  A general memorial fund has been established.
