Celebration Of Life Service for 74-year-old Joyce Ellen Millice of Wellman, will be 10:00 AM Wednesday, July 6, 2016 at Asbury United Methodist Church. Burial will be in the Wellman Cemetery. Visitation will be 4-7 pm Tuesday, July 5, 2016 at the Powell Funeral Home in Wellman. The Powell Funeral Home is caring for Joyce and her family.
