Funeral service for 87-year-old Joye DeLong of Washington, formerly of West Chester, will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, March 17, at Powell Funeral Home in Keota. Burial will be at Keota Cemetery. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. A general memorial fund has been established.
