Kalona Stables Subdivision plats can now be sold and developed. The final plat of the 7 lot subdivision was approved at last Monday’s city council meeting in Kalona. According to City Administrator Ryan Schlabaugh, the last step in its approval was deciding where lighting should be. The fixture locations were decided at this weeks meeting. The subdivision is located on the north end of town.
