A graveside service with full military honors for 90 year-old Kermit D. Hotopp of Winfield, formerly of Washington will be held Wednesday, April 6th at 2 p.m. at the Rose Hill Memorial Garden in Marshalltown, Iowa. Visitation will be held Tuesday, April 5th  from noon – 7 p.m. at the Beatty Funeral Home in Washington where the family will greet friends from 5 – 7 p.m.  A memorial fund has been established for the Eastern Iowa Honor Flight program. The Beatty Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
