The Washington Public Library is letting parents know of an event scheduled for days when children have a scheduled early-release day.  Don Ruffenach with the library says they are hosting two different activities for children in Kindergarten and fifth grade.  He says they will be alternating between playing games and making crafts.

Ruffenach says the games that will be played are also available to check out from the library.  He says the library cannot provide child supervision after the end of the activity time.

The early out activity days run from 1:15 to 3:00 in the second floor meeting rooms of the Washington Public Library.
