Celebration of life services for 71-year-old Louise Frakes of Brighton will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, December 28th (12/28) at the Immanuel Lutheran Church in Washington. The family will receive friends from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Sunday (12/27) at the Immanuel Lutheran Church in Washington. Internment will be held at a later date. A general memorial has been established.
