The Mid Prairie Jamboree was last night featuring several local boys’ basketball programs as they get set to begin the regular season.Each team was on the court for a half and Keota tipped off the festivities with a 37-19 decision over Regina as Casey Sieren led the Eagles with 16 points. The Washington Demons struggled to score the basketball, falling to Clear Creek Amana 36-11 while IMS looked solid, getting 11 points from junior guard Peyton Thompson who knocked down three from distance in a 33-10 win over West Liberty. The best matchup of the night saw Mid-Prairie upend Highland 31-28 behind 10 points from sophomore guard Nick Stimson.
