Funeral Services for 85 year old Neva Lou Hershberger of Wellman are at 10:00 Saturday morning at the Powell Funeral Home in Wellman.  Burial will be in the Wellman Mennonite Cemetery.  Visitation will be held from 4-8 p.m. on Friday  at the Powell Funeral Home.  A memorial fund has been established for Washington County Hospice and Mennonite Board of Missions. The Powell Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
