Many offices and businesses will be closed on Monday for New Years Day. The Post Office will be closed on New Year’s Day. Regular Post Office hours and mail delivery will resume on Tuesday. The Washington Public Library will be closed on Monday, as well as most banking establishments. All City of Washington trash and recycling routes will be a day later.
