A special fundraiser will have people making their way across the county this weekend. The Veterans Reaching Out to Veterans Benefit Poker Run is being held during West Chester Daze tomorrow following the parade.

Bikers and drivers will travel to bars in Riverside, Ainsworth, Coppock, Brighton and Richland to pick up playing cards to be used in a poker tournament being held afterwards.

Judy Augustine, organizer of the event for the past 7 years, says this year they chose to give the non- profit English River Outfitters in Washington a portion of the proceeds.

She says the organization is run by veterans that hold fishing and camping outings for other veterans.
