Funeral services are pending for 95-year-old Ray J. Mourer of Richland will be held at 10:30 A.M. Saturday July 27, 2019, at the Richland United Methodist Church. Burial will follow at Richland Friends Cemetery with Military Honors by Richland American Legion Post No. 504. Visitation with the family will be 6 to 7:30 P.M. Friday evening at Gould Funeral Home in Richland. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Richland United Methodist Church and may be left at the funeral home or church or mailed to the family
