It appears as if state government in Iowa will have to dip into reserve funds to balance next year’s budget. That’s according to Fairfield State Senator Becky Schmitz, and Riverside Representative Larry Marek. The two spoke during the Washington Chamber of Commerce’s Legislative Briefing.
