Funeral services for 90 year old Richard Huber of Wellman will be at 10:30 Thursday at the Asbury United Methodist Church in Wellman.  Visitation will be from 3:00 to 7:00 Wednesday at the Powell Funeral Home in Wellman.  Burial will be in the Wellman Cemetery.  A general memorial fund has been established.  The Powell Funeral Home in Wellman is handling the arrangements.
