Visitation for 73 year old Richard Knerr of Wellman will be held from 5-7 p.m. on Wednesday at the Powell Funeral Home in Wellman.  A private family graveside service will be held in the Wellman cemetery.  A memorial fund has been established for Hospice of Washington County.
