Funeral services for 56 year old Robert Blum of Wellman will be held at 1:30 Sunday at the Powell Funeral Home in Wellman.  Visitation will be held from 2:00-7:00 Saturday at the Powell Funeral Home where the family will greet friends from 4:00-7:00.  A memorial fund has been established for St. Jude’s.  The Powell Funeral Home and Cremation Service in Wellman is handling the arrangements.
