Movie buffs and nature lovers can get the best of both worlds in Sigourney.  The city is hosting “Movie’s in the Park” every Saturday night through the summer season. Sigourney Mayor Pat Miletich says it’s an event for all families to enjoy a film while sitting under the stars.  Miletich says the movies will be played on a 12 foot by 16 foot blow-up screen.  The Mayor also stated that participants might want to bring along lawn chairs, blanket, bug repellent, and any type of snacks to enjoy during the film.  “Movies in the Park” is Saturdays, beginning between 8:45 and 9pm at Legion Park in Sigourney.
