Congressman Dave Loebsack recently announced nearly one-million dollars in recovery funds to help modernize Iowa’s technology infrastructure, or the “Smart Grid”. The Democratic congressman says these funds will be especially helpful in creating more green energy production. Loebsack says these renewable energy projects will also provide Iowan’s with high-paying jobs in an advanced field.
