According to the Iowa Department of Education test scores have remained stagnant over the past two years among Iowa students on standardized tests. Mid-Prairie and Keota Superintendent Mark Schneider however, says he doesn’t like how the test scores are, he would like to see more of a growth model scoring them from 3rd to 4th grade and seeing if they grew as expected. Currently students take standardized testing in 4th, 8th and 11th grades.
