Testimony in the Techel murder retrial will continue today. The process began yesterday at the Henry County Courthouse, following opening statements. Seth Techel is accused of murdering his pregnant wife in May of last year at their home in Agency. He’s charged with first degree murder and non-consensual termination of a pregnancy. The trial’s media coordinator says he estimates the testimony from the prosecution’s witnesses will last around four days, while testimony from defense’s witnesses could take up to six days.
