The recent change to Daylight Saving Time could have an effect on our health according to health experts.  Chrystal Woller at Washington County Public Health says that while the time change can cause additional stress on your heart the extra daylight hours gives everyone a greater chance for exercise to reduce that stress.

She says that it is important to pay attention to your body while exercising especially if you are not used to doing physical activity.  Woller adds if you should be experiencing any discomfort to seek medical attention right away.  To find out more information on heart health, look at the link here.
