Nearly 70 tractors will be making their way to Washington Wednesday for the three-day 15th annual fall Greater Southeast Iowa Tractor Ride. Steve Scholtus, who organizes the event, explains it’ll begin in Oskaloosa and then they’ll overnight in Washington. The ride came to Washington five years ago. Scholtus told KCII News that one of his favorite parts is finding good places to eat along the route. Most of the tractors taking part are over 30 years old. For the more information listen to the Washington Page with Scholtus here.
