The weather we experienced yesterday and will experience today are unusual. The National Weather Service in the Quad Cities says that while the warmer weather is not normal for this time of year, the temperatures have been warmer. The record high for yesterday was 62 degrees set back in 1929 and the record high for today is 63 degrees which occurred in 1965. The National Weather Service says we will experience a rapid change as we go back to typical winter weather tonight with a low in the teens and highs in the 20s over the weekend.
