The Washington Community School District’s Board of Education will meet Wednesday. Agenda items include approving bids for the school system’s fuel and dairy needs, further discussions of board and superintendent goals, and legislative priorities for the district. The board will discuss proposals for Washington County Riverboat Foundation’s newly created mini-grant program, and also receive reports from Superintendent Dr. Mike Jorgensen and the district’s principals. The Washington Community School Board meeting is 7 pm Wednesday at the district’s administration building at 404 West Main Street.
