Applications are being accepted for the ninth round of the Washington Incentive Fund. The program helps downtown property and business owners improve their buildings. The building must be within the downtown Main Street district to participate, see the full map of the approximately 24-square district below.

In the first eight rounds of the Washington Incentive Fund, Main Street Washington has tracked over $13 million in private dollars invested in building rehabilitation. Those interested should contact Main Street Washington Director Sarah Grunewaldt sarah@washingtoniowa.org for a copy of the letter of intent no later than December 1st at 4 p.m.
