The City of Washington is looking for a Wastewater Operator 1 or 2. This is a regular full-time position responsible for daily data and sample collection, minor lab testing, sludge pumping, routine maintenance of equipment and lift stations, mowing, routine weekend work, and animal control and care. Entry-level pay starts at $20.60/hour but is dependent on qualifications & experience, plus benefits including health insurance and IPERS retirement.
