The Wellman City council is going to meet on Monday night. They will be going into a closed session to interview a candidate for city administrator. They will also discuss administrative structure during the closed session. After this they will open the meeting up into an open session and hold several public hearings including a bond refunding agreement and a gas utility refunding agreement. The meeting is at 6pm on Monday at the Council Chambers.
