Fall Field Day

Farmers and farm advisers are invited to attend the annual fall field day at the Iowa State University Southeast Iowa research farm near Crawfordsville on September 10th. The field day begins at 1:30PM and includes four stops. Topics for the day are, grain harvest, management and storage, tillage and more. This event is free and open to the public for more information call 319-337-2145.

Description: The Musc-Lo-Des: Tri-County Pedal is being held Saturday, September 26th. The 50 mile route starts at Yarmouth Filling Station Bar & Grill at 9am and end at Ardon Creek Winery near Letts. A t-shirt, snacks and water for refilling will be covered by the registration fee. Lunch will be available at Chautaugua Park in Columbus Junction for an additional fee. Proceeds go to improving and building trails. To pre-register, call 523-8381.
