Title: Mid-Prairie Pancake Supper
Description: The Mid-Prairie Fine Arts Boosters will be hosting a pancake supper before the homecoming football game on Friday, October 5th, in the high school cafeteria starting at 4:30. Tickets are $7 at the door for adults. Kids under 10 are $4. Advance tickets can be purchased from any Mid-Prairie high school music student or Wellman Rotarian. Proceeds benefit Mid-Prairie fine arts students.

Description: The Columbus Day 5k is being held in Columbus Junction Saturday, October 13th, starting at 8 in the morning. Participants may register from 7 to 7 45 the morning of the race. Cost is 10 dollars and includes a t-shirt. Cost is 5 dollars for Cross Country team members from any school. The race will start and end on Main Street.

The meal includes homemade noodles, dressing, drinks, and soft desserts. There will be a Country Store with homemade noodles, kolaches, and baked goods with an auction at 1:30. The cost is $9 for adults, $4 for children 4-10 and children under 3 eat free.
