Blood Drive

Description: The Washington Knights of Columbus and Mississippi Valley Regional Blood Canter are hosting a blood drive from 1:30 to 6pm Thursday, June 25th at the KC Hall. Units collected will be used to help the Washington County Hospital and other Southeast Iowa hospital\’s supplies. Description: The Swinging Bridge Festival is being held Saturday, June 20th in Columbus Junction. The day begins with registration for the 5K and 1.5 mile walk at 6:30am. The Lions club breakfast is being held from 7 to 11 at the senior center. There will also be children\’s activities, a community walk and a luncheon at the senior center. Description: George and Steve Schaefer will host a Practical Farmers of Iowa field day from 10am to 1pm Wednesday, June 17th at their farm near Kalona at 2475 135th Street.
