Description: Mid-Prairie High School Drama and Music departments will combine to put on 110 in the Shade on April 8th and April 9th. This musical is based on the play/movie The Rainmaker by Richard Nash Tickets are $8 for adults, $6 each for ages 12 and under. Description: Come watch the flames at the Washington County Conservation Board’s
annual Marr Park Night Prairie Burn. They will be burning the north
prairie next to the highway Friday evening, April 1.County staff will lead an interpretive program on prairie burns, history, management plans, and tools used beginning at 7:30 p.m. The burn will begin at 8:00 p.m. For more information, call Pamela Holz (holts) at 319-657-2400.
