31 Iowa Dams Have Deficiencies, Including One In Washington County With “Moderate” Risk

In wake of July 24th’s Lake Delhi dam breach in northeast Iowa, the Iowa Department of Natural Resources has identified 31 dams in the state with deficiencies, including one in Washington county.
