Washington County’s Population Increases

Washington County’s population has grown in the last two years, according to the U.S. Census Bureau. According to the 2010 census 21,704 people lived in the county in 2010 and in 2012, 21,914 people lived in the county – making Washington County the 28th most populated county in the state.

The following cities in Washington County have all exhibited population growth in the last two years. The cities are listed with their 2010 population followed by the July 1, 2012 population.
Ainsworth – 567, 570
