Title: IMS and Township Turkey Steak Supper
Description: The Iowa Mennonite School Alumni Association and the Washington Township Optimists are hosting a Turkey Steak Supper Saturday, March 12th from 4-7PM at the IMS cafeteria. Menu includes turkey steak, baked potato, dinner roll, salad and homemade dessert. Following the meal the Bel Canto Singers from Heston College in Kansas will perform in Celebration Hall. Freewill donations from the event will benefit the IMS Student Scholarship program and Township youth programs.

Description: The Washington County Master Gardeners are offering a $500 scholarship to a deserving Washington County resident pursuing a horticultural related degree or certificate from a college or university in the state of Iowa. Graduating high school seniors along with county residents are eligible. Applications are due to the extension office by April 15th and should be addressed to Nancy Adrian. Description: The Washington County Extension Office is hosting a Certified Handlers continuing instruction course Tuesday, March 22nd. Description: The YMCA of Washington County is holding their Spring Gala Saturday, April 2nd at 6Pm at the Wellman Parkside Banquet Hall. The event includes a gourmet meal, silent auction and guest speaker. Tickets are available at any Washington County YMCA location. They are $65 per person or $450 for a table of eight. The proceeds benefit the Annual Campaign for the YMCA of Washington County.

Description: The Hospice of Washington County Trivia Extravaganza fundraiser is Friday, April 1st at the West Chester School Building. Doors open at 6:30, games begin at 7.
