The cities of Washington County have received the final Municipal Grants from the Washington County Riverboat Foundation (WCRF) for this year.  The cities in the county receive these grants based on population from the 25 percent of the WCRF’s total revenues.  So far this year, WCRF has distributed almost $842,000 and since its inception, over $4 million has been dispersed.  The Washington County Riverboat Foundation is the nonprofit license holder for the Riverside Casino and Golf Resort which provides all the funding.  To see the list each city has received for the year, look at this story on kciiradio.com.
